Biography
Karla Moreno-Tamayo, BS, MSc, is a researcher at the Center for Evaluation and Surveys Research in the National Institute of Public Health (INSP) in Mexico. Ms. Moreno-Tamayo received her Bachelors in Nutrition from the Universidad de Guadalajara and her Master of Science Degree in Health Sciences from the School of Public Health in Mexico. She has spent seven years at the National Institute of Public Health and during this time has participated in projects that evaluated the impact of social programs on health outcomes. Currently, Ms. Moreno-Tamayo works at the Biostatistics Division at the Center for Evaluation and Surveys Research. Her research interest is mainly health and social issues related to aging.
