Biography

Luis Gutiérrez, MD, MPH is a Research Professor of the Faculty of Medicine in the Public Health Department at the Autonomous University of San Luis Potosí in Mexico.  Dr. Gutiérrez received his MD from Autonomous University of San Luis Potosí. He also received his MPH in Health Administration from the National Institute of Public Health in Cuernavaca, Morelos. He received a Graduate Diploma in Health Programs Evaluation by the National Institute of Public Health and the University of Chapel Hill in North Carolina. Currently, in addition to being a research professor Dr. Gutiérrez is a Doctor support in the Quality and Patient Safety Department at the General Hospital of San Luis Potosí. He is certified by the National Board of Public Health in Mexico. He is an active member of the Latin-American chapter for Pharmacopidemiology. In addition, he has published articles in indexed journals.
