Dr. Gautam Majumdar serves as an Assistant Professor at Agartala Government Medical College, Medical Superintendent at the Regional Cancer Center, Head Doctor at the BRAM Nursing School, and the State Nodal Officer in the NCD Program in Tripura. His main areas of interest are health policy, health-seeking behavior, and care giver attitudes. Dr. Majumdar hopes to work with policy makers to focus more attention on the health sector in India.
