Biography

Dr. José Castell Martínez is a Medical Epidemiologist in the Mexican Institute of Social Security. He has Masters Degrees in Public Health and Health Services Management, both from the National Institute of Public Health in México. He specializes in public health and preventive medicine and researches diabetes and breast cancer. His vision for public health in México is to decrease the number of new cases of diabetes mellitus and breast cancer through timely and appropriate preventive strategies. Dr. Martínez hopes gain insight from expert experiences and learn the best preventive health strategies.
